Heat the Flat Top over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes.
After the Flat Top is ready, begin by adding the sliced onions and 2 Tbsp. butter to the surface of the griddle. Allow them to caramelize, stirring occasionally.
Season the steak with the taco seasoning and add to an open area of the Flat Top.
When the onion slices are caramelized, stir together with the steak and top with the mozzarella cheese.
Butter the inside of the hoagie rolls and toast face down until golden brown.
Stuff your hoagies with the filling and top with Pico de Gallo and fresh cilantro. Serve warm and dig in!!
This one is for those who love spicy food - the sauce has got some heat! Add your favorite veggies to make this stir fry more filling and to stretch your dollar further.
