Ingredients

  • 3 ears of corn
  • 16 oz. shrimp, peeled
  • 1 sack of baby potatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Begin by pre-heating the Flat Top. Turn the burners to medium-low heat and allow 10-15 minutes for proper heating.
  2. As the Flat Top heats, shuck the corn and wrap in foil with butter, clean and peel the shrimp, wash the potatoes, mince the garlic, and halve the lemon.
  3. Next, when the Flat Top is ready, place the potatoes onto the griddle. Spray or coat with vegetable oil and cover with a dome.
  4. After about 5 minutes, place the corn onto the surface of the Flat Top turning every 5 minutes. Occasionally move around the potatoes.
  5. When the potatoes begin to soften, add the shrimp to an exposed part of the Flat Top. Add 2 tablespoons butter and the garlic. Flip the shrimp as it cooks.
  6. While the shrimp begins to cook, remove the corn from the griddle and carefully unwrap the foil. Cut the ears of corn into thirds and add them back to the Steelmade.
  7. When the shrimp is cooked to your liking, combine all ingredients on the Flat Top, add the Old Bay seasoning, the remaining butter, and squeeze half of the lemon onto the mixture. Stir until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
  8. Serve warm and dig in!
