Ingredients

8 Large Eggs
8 Tortillas
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Onion
5 Bacon Strips
1 Cup Diced Ham
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Hashbrowns
Milk
Salt & Pepper

Directions

Begin by pre-heating the Flat Top by turning the burners to medium-low heat and allow 10-15 minutes for proper heating.
Prepare ingredients by slicing the onion and peppers into small slices.
Pour oil onto the Flat Top and start with the hash browns and the veggies.
Stir and flip occasionally as they begin to change colors.
While the vegetables and hash browns begin to cook, in a large mixing bowl scramble 8 eggs with a splash of milk. Set aside for a later step.
Once the vegetables have become tender, remove and set aside.
Place the bacon onto the Flat Top and cook until each side is crispy.
Add the ham and allow it to cook until it darkens.
Continue to flip the hash browns occasionally.
Once the bacon, ham, and hash browns are ready, remove and pour the scrambled eggs onto the surface of the Flat Top.
Season with salt & pepper.
Turn off all burners as the eggs finish cooking.
When the eggs are ready, combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
Fill each tortilla with an equal amount of the filling and add shredded cheese.
Turn the burners to low and toast each side of the burrito.
Plate and serve warm!
