Begin by pre-heating the Flat Top by turning the burners to medium-low heat and allow 10-15 minutes for proper heating.
As the Flat Top heats, split your sausage into 6 equal sections and form them into sausage links.
When the Flat Top is heated, place the sausage links onto the Flat Top. Roll or flip them every 3-5 minutes. As the sausage cooks it should develop a nice char.
When the sausage is about done, roll out the crescent roll dough flat and separate each piece.
After the sausage is cooked to your liking, remove from the griddle and roll them up in the crescent roll dough.
Place the rolled sausage onto the Flat Top, cook each side for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with syrup and enjoy!
