Begin by pre-heating the Flat Top by turning the burners to medium-low heat and allow 10-15 minutes for proper heating.
As the Flat Top heats, wash and dice the jalapeños. It is up to you if you want to de-seed the jalapeños based on how spicy you would like your crisps.
When the Flat Top is heated, begin the recipe by cooking the bacon.
Once the bacon is done, remove from the Flat Top and place on a plate with a napkin. Let the bacon cool for a few minutes, before cutting into little bits.
To make the crisps, start by placing a handful of the shredded cheese onto the surface of the Flat Top. Spread the cheese pile until it is flat. When the cheese begins to melt, sprinkle the diced jalapeños and bacon onto the crisp.
Let the cheese cook until it begins to change color and become crisp. Remove from the Griddle and let cool.
This one is for those who love spicy food - the sauce has got some heat! Add your favorite veggies to make this stir fry more filling and to stretch your dollar further.
