Don't sacrifice flavor when you're in a rush. This delicious dinner is done in less than 20 minutes (including prep!) Melty cheese, caramelized onion, and flavorful bell peppers all topped on a toasty hoagie. It doesn't get easier or more delicious than that!


(serves four)
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1  lb ribeye, thinly sliced
  • 4 hoagie buns
  • Oil/butter for cooking
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1tsp salt

  1. Heat Flat Top to medium-high heat. Add oil and allow to heat.
  2. Add veggies to Flat Top & sauté.
  3. Add steak to Flat Top, season with salt and pepper & cook until browned.
  4. Toast hoagies on Flat Top until golden & set to the side.
  5. Once veggies are soft & steak is cooked through, give them a good mix. Separate into 4 sections (1 for each hoagie).
  6. Add 2 slices of cheese to each section and allow to melt.
  7. Construct your sandwiches & enjoy!
