Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
2 Tbsp. oil
3 bell peppers, sliced - any color
1 onion, diced
1 c. sugar snap peas
salt & pepper, to taste
1/4 c. green onions, diced

Sauce

1/3 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Firebee Raw Honey
2 Tbsp. sriracha
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Begin by pre-heating the Flat Top by turning the burners to medium-low heat and allow 10-15 minutes for proper heating.
As the Flat Top heats, wash and prepare your vegetables.
In a medium bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients and set aside for later.
When the Flat Top is heated, spread the oil over the surface and add the chicken to one side and the vegetables to the other. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir around your vegetables and chicken as they are cooking so that they cook evenly.
When your vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through, combine them together and pour the sauce over the whole thing.
Stir everything together so that the sauce covers all the vegetables and chicken. The sauce will thicken up in just a couple of minutes.
Serve alone or over rice and garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
