1. Turn the burners to medium-low and preheat for approximately 10-15 minutes.
   
2. While the Flat Top is heating, butter one side of each of the 8 slices of bread.
   
3. When the Flat Top is heated, place 4 of the slices on the surface, butter side down.
   
4. Top each of the slices with the cheese, 1/4 of the corned beef, 1/4 cup of sauerkraut, and the remaining bread, butter side up.
   
5. Grill the bread until it reaches the desired doneness and flip.
   
6. Once your sandwich is done, serve with thousand island dressing and enjoy!
