Hibachi shrimp fried rice

Ingredients

• 3-4 large eggs
• 4 cups cooks white rice (at least one day old)
• 1 cup peas
• 1 cups carrots, chopped
• 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, chopped
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped (save 1/2 cup for garnish)
• 2 cups shrimp, cooked
• 2 tbs butter
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup oyster sauce (optional)
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper, to taste

Tools Used

Directions

1. Heat oil on medium-high heat on Flat Top. Add eggs and scramble until almost cooked through.
2. Add day old rice, shrimp, veggies, soy sauce, butter, and oyster sauce (if desired.)
3. Mix and cook until all ingredients are well combined and evenly heated.
4. Plate, garnish with green onions, and enjoy!
