Directions

1. Remove all food from the burners after you have finished cooking your delicious meal. 
2. While the Flat Top is still warm, add water to the surface and steam clean the griddle. push water, grease, and debris to the drain holes, which will be caught in the drip tray. 
3. Once you have realized the Flat Top has some hard to remove debris, combine equal amounts of scrub and water on the cooking surface to create a paste. 
4. When the paste is created, use a cloth or some paper towels to scour the surface needing cleaned. 
5. Apply a thin layer of our Flat Top Oil to prevent damage and build up your seasoning. Now you're ready for your next cook!
