Extreme Duty Construction (Made in USA)
The PRO Series uses 3/8" thick American steel. This massive thermal mass absorbs heat from your grill burners and radiates it evenly across the surface, preventing the "cold spots" common with wind or thin metal pans.
Integrated Grease Management
Features large 1/2" front drain slots. On most grills, grease drips directly through these slots and is caught by your grill's existing flavorizer bars or grease trap, just like when you grill burgers normally. An Optional Drip Tray is available if you want to catch grease separately.
Natural Non-Stick Surface
Like cast iron, the steel seasons with use. The more you cook, the blacker and more non-stick it becomes.
