The Flat Top Duo is designed to span two burners vertically on cooktops for proper heat distribution and performance. It is compatible withĀ all stoves, ranges, ovens, and grills that provide a flat cooking area of at least 11.75" x 20.625". For stovetop use, two active burners are required.
*IMPORTANT: To prevent scratching on glass or ceramic cooktops, always lift the flat top to move it. Do not slide the steel across the surface. Ensure the cooktop and the bottom of the flat top are free of debris before use.
