PRO Series Steelmade Flat Top Grill - 30" Gas or Electric Coil Range Stoves
The PRO Series Steelmade Flat Top Grill takes everything great about the standard Flat Top to the next level. Using steel that is twice as thick provides more even heating, faster cooking, faster temperature recovery times, and higher maximum temperatures for specialized cooking.
Designed with compatibility in mind, the PRO Series Flat Top also works with our popular Cover Board for storing in place.

On gas ranges with removable grills, there are two options for positioning the drip tray. First, you can leave the center grate installed and simply place the drip tray underneath as shown in the photo below. To keep your grate clean you can prevent drippings from touching the grate by putting a little piece of tin foil around the small part of the grate that sits directly underneath the drain holes. Alternatively, you can remove the center section of grate entirely.
