RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact Steelmade via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
We have a Risk-Free Return Policy for 7 days from the date the order is delivered. During that time you can return the Flat Top for any reason and we will refund 100% of your purchase price. Please note that we can only accept returns on accessories if they are unused and in their original packaging.
If you wish to return the Flat Top after 7 days from the receipt of the order you may still do so for up to 30 days from the date the order was placed. However, your refund amount will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping fees.
Returns must be received in original condition within 10 days of authorization of return. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Check and cash payments will be returned via a refund check or Steelmade Credit. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected by Steelmade Customer Service.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom orders.

PACKING YOUR RETURN
You are responsible for making sure the items being returned are well packaged. If the item you are returning has been used it must be clean and free of food particles before shipping. Poorly packaged items that result in damage or items returned uncleaned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must use the provided return label to ship your product. Please make sure that the packing list is included inside the box.

In-stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. Back-ordered items will usually ship within 1 week once order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on back order. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.
